There are 300 people working in Inphilight, distributed in the R&D center, marketing department, planning supply chain department, manufacturing center, quality department, and administrative department.
Inphilight has deep cooperation with Huawei, ZTE, and other 20 R&D companies in China, specialized in R&D, technology, test equipment, test procedures and etc.
In 2022, 200+ development engineers will work on developing 400GB, 1TB, and even higher rate optical transceivers, achieving mass production of 400GB optical modules, reaching 60000pcs daily production capacity.
Our Equipments
Inphilight has a number of Wafer SMT equipments, gold wire bonding equipments, multi-channel optical coupling equipments, high-speed parallel automated test equipments, high-density optical/electrical DB WB equipments, module aging boxes, rapid temperature cycle boxes, high temperature, high humidity boxes and so on.
Inphilight’s factory has more than 10000 square meters of production workshop. About 6000 square meters of the dust-free workshop are for manufacturing optical transceiver modules.

In the EVT phase, the product reliability test was started. The test items included HTOL\TC\DH and other climatic environment tests, TS\MS\MV and other mechanical environment tests, plug-and-pull force\retention force\plug-and-pull life and other mechanical performance tests and EMC tests.
Periodic ORT tests are performed on products in the mass production phase.
